Investment and financial firm. Our main focus is to have our clients achieve peace of mine by helping them understand: 1) What they are doing, 2) Why they are doing it, 3) What to expect, and 4) What it costs. We specialize in low cost portfolio management based on Nobel prize-winning research.

Top Three Things to Communicate

#1 - We are coaches, not brokers-- we are a different kind of financial company
#2 - We are professional with a focus on customer service and financial education
#3 - We base our portfolios on science, not marketing

Our Target Audience:

40-70 years old, with investable assets of over $500,000. We are based in Durham, NC, but have clients all over the country. Small business owners and individuals/couples. Both male and females.

Color Preferences

Our main color is dark blue.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

The owl is sort of our mascot, and we have had an owl in our logo in the past. The owl is optional for the logo, but we would prefer it over other symbols.

Hello all designers, thank you for your many great logos. I think we are very close to getting what we want, but not quite there yet, so I've chosen to extend the contest. We love the different designs you have come up with. I especially enjoy the ones with a bit more design to them, like the owls silhouetted or in a box or something like that.

Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing more of your ideas in a few days.

Dear CH,

This post was used on a different competition to highlight some rules of the LT (previously posted by Dazzle - Moderator for LT)

How are you doing ? hope you are doing great. As this contest is about to come to an end, and you will be chosing the best new logo for your company, i just wanted to have your attention to some important point that you might be aware of or might not. I hope i am not miss understood by pointing out this to you and that you understand.

When the contest ends and you have made your mind and desicion about the winner logo, the winner gets the 1st place, but the 2nd and 3rd place and going on forward, 4th, 5th, 6th , etc , each one or slot should be filled with a seperate designer and different concept you found second best, third best to follow etc.

This helps towards us designers ranking and also it is a way from you to show your appreciation to the hard effort and trails put from the beginning by one designer or appreciating a nice design concept put earlier by a designer that led to developing on right direction for others and you getting the best you could at the end.

It feels frasturating for other designers and pointless of giving all the top rankings for same winner designer, while those were just a small variations of the winning design and therefore the other places 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc are not filled with different designs from a different designer.

So i hope you understood my point i was just trying to point out to you here and all the best of luck in chosing your winner logo, there are really good ones out there.

Best Regards,

Kareem "

The rankings are not final yet. I need other members of my team to look at the entries before we determine the winner. The two I have ranked first and second I consider tied at this time.

Thank you to all of the designers that participated.
