Here's some feedback:
I'd like a greater emphasis on what we do: skydiving. I'd like to tone down the emphasis on the word Wisconsin and highlight skydiving.
Also, I am wishing for the logo to have more energy and excitement. This logo looks like it could be a corporate business logo versus an adventure sports logo.
