I like #10 and wanted to know what it would look like if the circle was to the left of the words as well, can you do that?

Can you try to make the words Performance Advisors a little larger, it may require you to make Wingspan a little larger for both entry 10 and 43. We really like this look. Also what would it look like if you exhanged the black in the logo for a dark grey?
