This is one of our favorites -- we would love to see some more variations and submissions from you if you are willing. This is wonderfully simple and clean, and works as a great "icon" -- Would it be possible for you to try to convey some sort of "wind" or movement by introducing some aspect of that into the lettering of "windblown" -- some wind lines blowing through the letters of the font... would just like to see more of your capacity as an artist/designer. We're fans!
Thank you ... despite our suggestions; I'm not sure that any of those really improved on your original. the darker blues don't seem to work as well together. For now, just know that #16 above is one of our top picks -- that is likely to make it into the finalist round (barring any remaining entries that would capture our attention). We can look to refine that further in the finalist round -- what would be helpful is do you have any other designs that might explore a different direction. We very much like your work and would like to see some other possibilities. This butterfly is good, and a definite top pick -- have you played around with any other concepts?
Could we ask you to do a graytone (B/W) version of the logo #16 -- we need to see what it looks like printed NOT in color... and how it might come out as a single stamped image.
You're in out top 3 -- can I ask for a couple of refinements and options. The basic background for our website is those same colors -- blue sky, green fields -- as such, the way you have presently designed it -- it doesn't display well. Could you put this logo on a dark background (dark blue or black) -- where the primary design and font would be white (--what is currently green) and then the 2nd color would be perhaps (a) a light shade of grey; or (b) perhaps a yellow or gold color (--what is currently the blue shade). That way we could see how it might display on the website.
Can we also have you do the same -- but separate the image from the name -- and just give us the image on a dark background, and then just the name on a dark background.
Lastly (for now) -- could you also reposition the image where we can see it to the left of the name -- flying toward the name, or perhaps reverse it where it is flying to the left; and then show us the image where it is after the name (on the right) -- flying away from the name ( to the right) -- and also flying toward it (to the left). ... where the image and the name are in line with each other.
