We prefer that "Wilmington Ballet" and "Academy of the Dance (est. 1956)" are on two separate lines. "Academy of the Dance (est. 1956)" can be smaller font. The words "...of the.." can be quiet if needed. "Since 1956" or "est. 1956" must be a part of the logo. No pictures of ballerinas, gymnasts, toes shoes, or ballet shoes please.

The modern font above is good and preferred over classical or old curvy styles. Thank you.

Entry # 6: I like the configuration of staggering of the names. Since 1956 is cleverly placed. The font of "Ballet" is too curvy but I like that it is a capital B.

Entry # 5: Using the modern and contemporary fonts look good. I like this direction. Maybe capital W and B, and integrating the names would tie it up better.

Putting dancing figures is tricky because they are usually in incorrect ballet positions and forms.

Examples of ballet logos: New York City Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, Compania Nacional de Danza, Netherlands Dans Theater, Opera Nacional de Paris, San Francisco Ballet, and Royal Ballet School.

Entry # 13 - I like this clean font. Maybe mix it up with bold face. But not the dancing figures.

Entry # 12 - We prefer that "Wilmington Ballet" and "Academy of the Dance (est. 1956)" are on two separate lines. "Academy of the Dance (est. 1956)" can be smaller font. The words "...of the.." can be quiet if needed. "Since 1956" or "est. 1956" must be a part of the logo. I like that "Wilmington" is a bold font. Maybe if "Ballet" was is a bold and wide font, and "Wilmington" was not.

Entry 10 - 13 - These figures are not something we are looking for.

Entry # 5 & 8 - I really like the order of the words. Perhaps against a black background, the all letters are white, the word "Ballet" in a deep purple or gray, if not in color, a wider font. I prefer modern and strong fonts. Like in http://www.nycballet.com/ and http://www.ndt.nl/. (Nederlands Dans Theater and New York City Ballet). Thank you.

Entry # 15 & 17: I like this configuration. Is it possible to use a fatter font on "BALLET" and just make it bright white. While "WILMINGTON" and "Academy of the Dance" in a grayish color, like you did in "est. 1956."

Entry # 17: I like the creativity of the E in "BALLET".

September 23rd, 2013, 2:57pm Entry # 22: The concept is great. I really like it. Maybe move the word "Ballet" to the left and beside it is "Academy of the Dance. Underneath it all is "est. 1956".

Entry # 27: I really like the strong fonts. I wanted the word "Ballet " to pop more in color and size. But it can not be feminine or masculine. The font used on DANCE is PERFECT and spot on. Thank you.

Entry # 30: I really like the order and format of the words. I love that the word Ballet sticks out. Is it possible to get rid of the butterfly logo and any figurines? I think the font you used is excellent but can you please use it against a black background and the word "BALLET" in bright white. While the words "WILMINGTON", "ACADEMY" AND "OF THE DANCE" "est. 1956" are in white but not as bright as in "BALLET", just a shade significantly lighter, almost grey. I liked that you used small letters for "est. 1956" before in Entry # 7. Thank you.

Entry #15 Please try another color for the word "Ballet" Perhaps the blue you used in entry 69? Thank you
