Logo Designer
Welcome!

I have sold 18 logos to KW clients here on this site alone. I think the appeal is strong visual designs that gain attention on signage from a distance. I use try to stay away from thin lines due to the distance visibility on yard signage.

In addition to my entries above, here are some links to other Contests that I have won (These are KW agents, in particular, though that may or may not matter) The key is that they are a variety of Real State concepts. Feel free to review them to see if any styles appeal to you, and we could model a style that is similar, yet uniquely yours.

#98... can I see the red "KW" integrated here and the words Real Estate in the KW Red with "competent, caring and friendly" in a manner where they will be more readily communicated? Thanks so much. Beautiful design.

Client
Tilly strike the above request for the KW to be integrated... but can I see the Keller Williams Red in the words Real Estate? I REALLY like this entire design. "Competent, caring and friendly" somehow need to be communicated in a manner that stands out a bit better... ?

Hi Tilly,

Can we also see design # 98 as follows: (My husbands request)
1. Make the birds a bit darker (but not like crows)
2. Move the three words (competent, caring, friendly) up below the Willoughby.
3. Stretch them out (with lines between them)
4. Put the words Real Estate below them over to the right like you have them.

So it would read "Willoughby, competent, caring, friendly real estate"

Thanks for letting me know. This is the first time I have worked with LogoTournament so I was starting to get very worried. Nice to hear from you.

Logo Designer
I just uploaded some additions as requested.
I really like #137 because it is a bit more compact and can fit into a more horizontal space should need dictate. (letterhead/web header for example.)

Hi Tilly,

We agree; we like design #137 also. Could you lighten up the word Willoughby to the lightness of design #138?

Logo Designer
I did not adjust the lightness. It is the same. (Probably an illusion caused by the layout change)
Would you like me to lighten it a bit anyway?

Client
maybe just a tad... and I mean a tad... ever so slight... did you get the "general post" Mark & I just made after meeting with the company who will be taking over our marketing?

Logo Designer
I did see it...I also added a geographical reference (Mountains) for the Boise logo.

Hi Tilly,

Can we see #156 without the mountains? Look'n good! THANK YOU!

No problem...I also added a new concept: #161

Client
Hi Tilly,

Can I see #156 with the same font on the words competent, caring & friendly as #158? Also, could we do something different than the "." between the words? Idea's?

Client
It may be the same font... I don't know; but for some reason it looks blurry in 156. I need it to be as legible as possible.

Logo Designer
I agree. It is actually the same font. The size limit of Logo Tournament plays a roll. I made the font a bit heavier
in these two: #172 | #173

I also made the overall image a BIT larger here for detail: #171
Please note, that I will be out of my studio until late afternoon (East coast) Which is probably mid afternoon where you are.

Also not that the top ranked designer can continue to provide changes even during the judging portion (which is your next and final phase)

Thanks for all of the feedback...It has been VERY helpful to the process.

As a note about my design...I often try to use a realistic house design in my concepts. (I have a strong construction background)This keeps your potential client aware that they are your target audience. The fancier the design, you risk limiting your audience.

Client
Tilly,

Can we see #172 with the world Real Estate spread out below the words Shop Boise and the 3 tag words below Real Estate in a sans serif font (for legibility)?

Logo Designer
Lisa - Only the top ranked designer can make changes during judging mode. The rules do allow rotation of the top rank during judging to allow changes by different designers. So you can temporarily rerank me to No. 1 to allow any changes and then rerank back as you desire. I will gladly upload the update at that time.

Thanks again!

#174 and #175

I think this is getting to be an issue vertically. When used for letterhead, or the top of your website you need to keep some horizontal space. Also when the logos is reduced for things like embroidered polo shirts of business cards the bigger design can be an issue. A general rule is that the best logos contain the most white/clean space. Out of my designs I feel #172 fits the best for all marketing needs of most of my clients.Of course you know your needs best, I just wanted to throw a little professional opinion in there.

Please let me know if I can help further.

#176 - I always like to throw in a preview of it on a dark background for reference of versatility.

Client
Hi Tilly,

thanks for your advice. Can we see what #172 would look like without the words competent, caring and friendly... with the words Real Estate spread out at the bottom like in 176; with a KW Solid Traditional Red? I love 176 btw but can't envision it on letter-head etc... I think it would bring a darker more contemporary feel to all our stuff and we're more traditional... thoughts?

In regards to #176, It's a valid concern. Generally I give you both files. The black background looks great on a glossy business card. (I've done those cards for a couple KW agents.) While the white is definitely better on letterhead. I generally offer both backgrounds to my clients with the final files, so you can have the best of both worlds. Most designers do this as well.

Here is the update without the tagline: #177 See, I love this. Clean, simple.
One idea that I have some clients do is to place a tagline elsewhere in advertising. (At the bottom footer in the letterhead, across the bottom of the business card etc). This way it doesn't feel cluttered with the logo itself.

I know you mentioned having additional logos in the future. If you feel my entries would work for any of those...please let me know. It is still available for purchase. Thanks.
