Its a Swiss hard cheese made ??from milk from a meadow, the cows eat just hay and grass.
Taste: versatile, fruity, fresh, floral, warm, pure, rich, long lasting, not salty, not biting, rounded, greasy, no smell, spicy, ripe
The taste reminds of the smell of cut grass.
The Wordmakre and logo should display the high Swiss quality.
The cheese is produced organically in Switzerland, but not in the Swiss mountains and alps.
