Remember Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland? I want a face like that, crazy and obscure, with wild hair and a top hat. Try not to replicate it, but to use him as the inspiration for it.
I want smoke/vapor coming out of his nose as he is smiling. Think hip/modern as well. Lots of these vapor guys are pierced and tattooed up. Give our Wicked Wonka a septum piercing if you feel!
