we really like the fact this is fresh and clean and will scale.
the goal here is to try and make the word whoat all integrated, a little more as a 1 piece unit.
try a custom designed font so that all elements of the word "who" are the same height
we're looking for a W that is not too blocky and flows into the other letters.
also, take out the gradient, too trendy.

A few other comments. #240 is looking great, also.
We may want to make the who@ flow together a little more smoothly. A few ideas: possibly try all caps so the h isn't disrupting the flow of the words; The WHO could be aligned with the @ symbol's base to help bring together the two parts of the mark as a whole.
