Thanks for all works.
We are really excited at our first contest!

I feel the circle of the logo (#1, #2) is better than oval.
About the ark, #6 is good. If it is possible, we would like more detailed ark.
About the layout, I like #1, #2.

(Don't include our slogan 'The ark of the wise', please)

I like the taste of #8 about the ark.
#2, #6: The viewpoint from the side is better.

The detailed ark #14, #6, #8, #13 are good,
Though we still prefer side-view to front-view about the viewpoint.

#8 represents the wooden ark well.

#15, it is a good idea that a ark is flying with wing.

The ranking is still temporary.
Now, we prefer the idea (#15), the color & balance (#14) , the touch as a wooden ark (#8)

We would also like to see many idea by other designers.
If they are just rough designs, it is no problem absolutely. post your ideas, please.

Probably, I like a kind of pictoral mark and I feel sans-serif is better than serif.
But I also welcome fantasy fonts which have the mood of the bible.

Submission Rules

* NO CLIPART (ISTOCKPHOTO, SHUTTERSTOCK, ETC.) EVEN IF YOU OWN THE RIGHTS.
* NO TRACING OR VECTORIZATION OF EXISTING CLIPART OR PHOTOGRAPHY (UNLESS YOU TOOK THE PICTURE)
* 350x280 pixels or (width/height ratio of 1.25:1) in JPG, PNG, or GIF format
* Only one variation per upload (example: if you want to show a logo in red, blue, and yellow. You would create and upload 3 separate files)
* No designer firm watermarks
* Neatly centered both horizontally and vertically with spacing all around. (No ugly oversized logos that hit the edges, negative space is a designer's friend!)
* No Borders - we are building a clean and consistent community portfolio.
* Your work must be created in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator, and the final files MUST be delivered in .EPS format. Photoshop is not for logos and.


Admins & Mods will remove entries without notice for not following the above submission rules.

I (We) like the wooden detail of #34.

Thank you for new entries.
In certain cases, we would like to use the logo without the logotype (see also: 'contest brief').

#33, #34, #35, #36: We like the perspective and the wooden ark. in addition, they have separatability.

#37: We like the mood. But we feel it will be too simple when we use only the logo.

#38: the idea is not bad, but it seems we cannot separate the logo from the logotype.

#39: Please, make background-color of white. We like the mood of such a logo, but it's a clipart? It may be too complex for small-size uses.

About a font, We like #32, #33-#36, #37, #40-#41.
#37 is more better because of the thickness of 'h' and 'i'.
Next, we like #2, #6, #15, #23, #26.

#40: We also like this for the refined.

#45: We also like the font though it's a serif. Especially, I like the shape of 'K'.
#50: We feel it's also refined one because of its sharp lines.

We feel we needn't water waves. Because we would like to impress people as frying with full-speed, sometimes.
Front-view is also OK, but we still prefer side-view.

#51: The mood is not bad. I think it's a disadvantage the image has been deteriorated by JPEG(?).
#52: It's exactly refined. But the logo is too simple, so I wonder how we use only the logo w/o logotype. It would be high ranked, if we would use it with logotype everytime.
#53, #54, #55: Probably, we don't like the font about 'W'. It looks like 'V' + 'V'.

This contest has 1 day and 19 hours left.

#57: Really fine and high quality. I like the logotype. If we would have other contest, we might select it.

In this contest, we prefer solid one like #45,#32,#13,#14 etc.

We have been extended our contest.
Because there are some entries which we would like to see variations. Please, wait a few days.

#60: It's really nice for Web. But I don't know whether it's also nice for print yet.

Please, make background-color of white without some gradations.

We are trying to print every logos for a test.
#42, #14, #13, #66, #50, #57, #40 etc.: It seems to be nice for print.
#42, #14, #13: In additional, we prefer them because of their solid elements (fill-colored ements).

WE MIGHT END OUR CONTEST EARLY.

So if there are some designers who begin to create our logo from now,
notify us it on this discussion, please. Then we will wait your entry.
