We pride ourselves in offering clean rental homes, maintained as if they were our own! (and we demand the same high-level of care and maintenance from our tenants, too!) All of our homes include complete lawn care services, including fertilization, turf and plant pest control, plus mowing and pruning to keep the lawn looking great -- and you don't have to lift a finger!

I leave it to the artist really but avoid pastels I guess. I was originally thinking white with a vibrant green and oranges but I'm really open to whatever. I like colors that are opposites on the color wheel but I also like classic black and white but I'm not sure how that'd work in logo form. yellow paired with blue or green with orange... I'm not into pink or pastels. I love the color blue but don't want anything too corporate looking. blue with spring green possibly is a nice combo.

I was originally thinking of an abstract idea of a white picket fence. I didn't want to focus on the word "rentals" but maybe WhitePicket with Rentals beneath and small? or an abstract version of a white picket fence with a small bird sitting on it? I'm open to other ideas though as there is a lot of talent out there and I tend to think small. Logo design is not my forte. The pickets of a fence could be suggested and not literal though. Even though the white picket fence may seem very country I'm more trying to convey the feeling of "home" and not country living. So need to have a modern/contemporary look. I hope that helps.
