I like the general simplizity of the design, I do like the shade variation in #4, but would prefer it not wash out in the middle quite as much. I think the logo looks a bit more like an owl than a falcon but I do like the overall feel to the logo, in color scheme prefer #4 over #15

I like #26 a lot, I'd love to try and incorporate a little more color in the "wings" and perhaps experiment with different background colors, I like this one but still am not sure about the dark color background.
Also on this one it would be nice to do a more "stylized" falcon, not so much of a real bird look but somethng more like a few of the other top designs that convey a falcon look in more stylized fashion
