Hi, thought i would get things started =) i have done an abstract falcon logo with the falcon itself being mid dive for a few reasons. firstly its pretty well known that falcons are the fastest flying birds out there and they hit top speed when in a dive. I think its a really good idea to have speed and movement represented in the logo for someone who does IT support as people always want technology to be faster and this is a much more subtle and less cheesy way of doing it that using italic text or anything of that nature. It also shows a really strong, dominant side which is always good when you are in a very competitive industry.
the abstract pattern in the bird itself represents networking / circuit boards and i think just has a real 'tech' feel to it overall. anyway, im really happy with this one =) let me know what you think, any feedback would be great and no change is too small to ask for. thanks! bugy.
I like the stylized Falcon design, and #3 is my favorite way of showing it. I would like to see if there's a way to bring in some color and I'm not yst sure on the black background, still working through that one. I like the general concept that you're brought in and the font used for the text is great.
Another request would be to see if you can bring in some form of the tagline...either "True business value, exceptional service, impeccable integrity" or just "Value, Service, Integrity"
dont worry to much about the arrangement as if i win im happy to supply you with both vertically aligned (#35) and horizontally aligned (#33) versions.
Thanks for the info on the alignment, I won't focus on that one. The addition of the colour is nice, I'm going to consider the variations and let you later today what might be best. I'm toying with sticking to the black background and just having some colour in the word "Technology" but I want to think about that a little. I like the overall look, very professional
also, its part of the legal contract that we are required to supply you with both black background and white background versions, as well as colored background, transparent background, solid colour's, flat black and white etc for the winning entry should you ask for them.
hey, just doing some tweaking of my previous entry. this one includes: lighter colour for "whitefalcon" bigger, lighter tag line with orange dividers. (hope you don't mind that i have swapped the order of the words, it works much better this way from a formatting point of view because 'integrity' is longer than the other two, its more balanced like this. let me know if you want me to change it though) and a border around the icon.

i know your first thought for #93 might be that its too busy but i like the idea that it will take a few moments for people to find the falcon within the icon, obviously its up to you though, let me know what you think.
Interesting idea on #93 but I like the simplicity of the original logo better. #92 is very nice, I like the enhancements you made and the border around the logo sets it off nicely. There are elements of all the top designs that I really like, I'm trying to work through what I like most about them and figure out which ones to "tweak". I'm also thinking through the colors a little bit.
no worries im just exploring different ways of getting the two colours in there. ill keep playing with it, after all we want you to get the best logo possible =)
I like #201 also, but something about the way the colours mix isn't hitting me quite right. Can we try that one but change it so the orange and blue both remain one shade, the darker shade. Also I'd like to try a straight black background, that will help it "pop" more I think. I'm also thinking it might be nice to take the basic design of #201, but try it with solid orange for the bacground of the Falcon and blue around the border, sort of like the colour scheme from #171, but with a solid orange, and then the word "technology" in blue to match the border of the image. Also sticking with a straight black background.

cool thanks for the feedback, here is one with only two colours in the blend on the icon (previously there was four, a light and dark of both the orange and blue) i dont really think it works very well so im going to upload one with just the lighter colours as well. also this has a flat black background
I like the solid background, it works well I think. On #214 and #211 I still see colour variation in the logo, I see slightly darker shades on bottom in both cases...I don't think it's my monitor playing tricks because I see it that way on multiple machines.
ah, sorry i didn't even think that that might be what you were talking about, my fault. its because there is a highlight shape on the top half of the icon, its a white shape with really low opacity, it makes the icon look shiny. ill upload some versions that don't have it.
and #201 without the highlight (this is th version with four colours in the gradient on the icon, dark orange -> light orange -> light blue -> dark blue.)
I bet, thanks again for all the variations to look at, I appreciate it! I like #241 for the multi-colour version, on #238, I thing it would look good with the blue border a little wider, more like #228, also using the deeper orange colour for the background like #228.
just FYI, i can supply you with both #275 and #241 should i be chosen as the winner as they are essentially the same logo, just a different way of presenting it =)
