Hello. Yes, I did try and open it both in Illustrator and Photoshop and I cannot manipulate any part of the logo, it's just one single image that I can only re-size. When I re-size it larger in Illustrator, it starts to become pixelated.

Hello Sir! Did you try opening the file using Adobe Illustrator? If you open it in Photoshop the file will automatically be rasterize. Please let me know your email and I will resend the file.
