#129, #121 #120 are way too "retro" for our look. However, they are well done and if WFRN was an oldies station, they could do well. In #118 I like the simplicity and yet strength of it. Althought, I think there are too many angles of slant going on. It would be better if: you kept the "WFRN" as is..., made the tower completely straight up and down, straightened "family" and centered it under the "FR" and moved "friendly" so that it was partially underneath both "family" and "104.7" Thanks!
thanks for the adjustment. I think now the best version of your logo may be to take the #142 and place the tower and it's rays behind the left "leg" of the "W"... Can you do this and make it show through the "W"?
Thank you for your work on our designs. Our final decision on the winner will not be instant as I would like to get further input from my committee. I wanted to be sure that you caught a general message the I just posted on the site:
As the contest is ending in just a few hours... I want to thank everyone who has submitted entries, especially those who have taken my suggestions and done multiple revisions. Although Logo Tournament has some great qualities, it is unfortunate that only one artist can win the contest. WFRN is open to finding additional graphic artists to assist us in designing our promotional products and marketing material. #152 - I like this design better than the towers. The colors look good together, bright, yet have a soft touch. I really like these "rays" going out on both sides!! Do you have time to do a version with the 104.7 bigger and a different "W"? I don't care for how its middle points look. Also, if you could make the "Family Friendly" bigger than the ".com" that would good too. Though, it does NOT have to be as big as the "104.7". Additionally, if you have time, maybe try the ".com" in another location.
I still like the general font better that was in #152 - all but that peak in the center of the "W". I think the font on #171 looks too plain. I also like the font of "104.7" on #152 better too. The size on the "104.7" is good. I kind of like how the "F" divided the frequency and slogan below. Could you still keep that effect if you put the larger "104.7" on the right side and the "Family Friendly" on the left? Thanks!
#173 We are unfortunately stuck with the frase "family friendly" so you'll need to find a way to insert that phrase on the logo. I do like the new placement and "W".!
