What We Do
We are developing a vibrant community of 32 architecturally innovative, environmentally sound, strata-titled condos with extensive common facilities that encourage neighbourly interaction while respecting individual autonomy and privacy—an environment that will enrich our lives now and well into our later years, supporting each other to remain independent as we grow in creative community.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
-We would like to include the elements of sea, sky, mountains, and trees.
-The attached photos show the view from our development. The landscape is very recognizable to residents of coastal BC.
-We like stylized outlines such as in the Craftsman, Arts and Crafts Movement, and Art Nouveau styles.
-We have used both Papyrus and Quick Pen fonts for our name. We we are open to other lettering styles and ideas.
