Target Market
Future Employees, 95% of these are craftspeople: carpenters, operators, laborers. They have a basic high school education. Want to look like a professional, credible, established business for this target market. So they know they can get a secure job with us.

Out of State General Contractors, companies both big and small. Want to look like a professional, credible, established business for this target market.

We prefer a two color scheme. You could use 3 if the third color is neutral.
We'd like to try gold and black, we're open to greens and blues as well. We like grey.
Not red, purple or pink.

We'd like to try to incorporate an icon in our logo.
We would like to see icons with ONE of the following as the art element a:
- Crane (like a piece of construction equipment NOT the bird, a silhouette, see an example of crane in attachments)
- Lion (yes a cat, an animal, a silhouette, a profile, not straight on, not sitting, not just a lion head)
- Bridge (an angled bridge, a silhouette, see an example of bridges in attachments)

Like a sans serif bold font.

Place emphasis on the words Bridge & Grading, less emphasis on the words West Plains.

We are open to a logo with WPBG as the main big text but all logos must have West Plains Bridge & Grading in the logo somehow.

The logo can be a circle shape or rectangle, it's up to you.
