Was wondering if you saw this update with your request? #219. I will add the center shield (I think it is actually an eagle) with the green background to the new #219.. But the new one has the corrected red that I missed.

I reillustrated the book and rotated the "W" flower.
I am respectful of the importance of historical logos and never want to change them drastically. Especially if the community or council doesn't feel it should be changed. But elements that don't change usually unify it all and can use a more modern style. I was wondering this even about the book and what it represents. My drawing is a little bit different. Also I made the proportions a little different and both elements couldn't be easily separated. But the original lines weren't clean, not that they need to be.

Love this. Could you try to isolate the book and flower inside the circle, removing the arrows and green shield shapes?

Want to make sure you saw this one #182 as a replacement. The changes are minor (see curved base of each color flame//ray/leaf is different from this one) and I cleaned up the original icon a little more.

I was withdrawing the other like this one,, while you were updating the rank : ) This one I cleaned up the lines a little more. But still see things in the original that I'm not sure about.

..also I am willing to reillustrate but would need more time.

I would love to pull more colors in this but the way it was produced I need to reillustrate the entire center. Also left more comment on #114 to make sure you saw my comment.

I am uploading an new version. #180 But I cant do exactly what I would like to do without re-illustration the entire drawing. The elements and layers in the original are off a little and the masks didn't allow for any color background since it is just a knock-out.
I will be away from my computer off and on through Thurs afternoon but will check back later this evening and as I am bale for you to leave your thoughts.

The last Selection phase of the contest only the designer in 1st place can make alterations. But as you know you can move designs around until you make your final decision..

We like your logoglyph and the two colors on the text. However, we think more traditional font would work better in the text. We would also drop "Town of Wellesley, MA." We are also interested in something that would make the logoglyph a little less playful.

#66 and #67 are corrected as well as I removed the word "More"

These two I removed the word "More" and changed the font and colors on some areas on #66.

Trying different fonts. Also removed Town of Wellesely MA

This one I made the existing font thinner with a outline cut. And reduced the size in proportion to sun and flower.
The "W" is a planter.

I like this concept. Can you make it a little less text heavy?

Something simple but I need to go back and change the colors to your hex or pantone.

Actually when I enlarge the elements at 6400% : ) the lines look clean so it will work.

I did a trace on your PDF seal and can pull out the elements but the best would be from a vector. Just checking, do you have a vector file of this?
