Hi there, Ella. We're interested in your work, but we feel the font and overall appearance is a little too 'playful.' Could you perhaps show us a more "dignified" approach? You can drop the compass as well.

The flower on Wellesley's town seal looks a lot like a "W." Is it possible to include the flower in this design?
