We are intrigued by your icon. What are the blue shapes meant to be? Windows? A heart? Could you please define it a bit more? Color combination is quite good as well. It would be nice to see a few variations that perhaps trigger a more descriptive symbol, like a brain, or science, or research or caring. You can pick any of the above.
