Dear H2, Thank you for your entries. I found #168 a bit too abstract for me. I do like your colors. I prefer not to have the Well-Connected so much more dominant than the Leader. #169 is a little too simplified. One idea I'm throwing out to folks is to focus on the concept of our brand promise - which is success - rather than the word well-connected and see if that might generate some additional ideas for icons.
