Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Ideas:
1) I like the idea of a crest or shield and the name Webster hugging the logo above or below, kind of like Mercedes, Channel and Jaguar. I want the viewer to get a feeling for a tradition of excellence.
2) With the tagline "Dominate the Details," I'd like to have a series of x's and o's and lines and angles in the background...think "geometry" or that sequence in "Goodwill Hunting" when Matt Damon is solving the problem. I think that will impart the idea of how SPECIFIC we are with our teaching.
Thanks and sorry for the runaround!

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:
~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation. ~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered. ~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see. ~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested" ~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation. ~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work. ~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.
1st place - 50 points 2nd place - 20 points 3rd place - 10 points 4-6th place - 5 points 7-10 place - 3 points 10th on - 1 point
I'm getting away from the idea of the mountain and beach and water and prettiness of the picture...it conveys a sense of being at eeeease..which i realize is the opposite of what I'm looking for- I'm just sorry for those who put in all the hard work! I love the green background inside the shield simulating the green field we play on... That said, I think the thick border should be navy with "Webster Lacrosse Camps" in gold. Below that in the green "field" I'd like to see "Dominate the Details" in white. I love the x's and o's signifying the players....i'd like less x's and o's and more dotted lines, straight lines and angles...you can google image "Lacrosse plays" to see good examples of how a coach draws up a play. I'm looking for a feel of meticulousness...attention to detail, representative of our approach. Thanks so much!
#17...Sorry, I meant an arrow from A3 towards the left of the goal (almost towards A2). Any way you can add just a tiny hair between the bottom of "Webster" and the top of "Lacrosse Camps" so they don't blend together? Thanks!
