Initial Feedback:
I <3 the idea of people surrounding a globe. The difficult part is to represent that concept while keeping the design clean and not too busy. I love multicolors and earth but when you put both of them together it starts looking a little busy. Remember... I will also need this printed so try not to put too much detail in certain areas.

I am sorry. I really appreciate all the work but I am looking to make this thing look professional and unique. Every desighn submited so far looks like stock artwork. Thank you all but please keep trying.

I like the concepts of the globe and the people. I like thinner font. I would love to see if there was a way to tone down the colors and maybe get a server in there.

Maybe a world with a server in the middle with people holding it up and or surrounding it.

All logos need to be horizontal in nature. Lets not do anymore makrs above the text.
