Here is my logo idea for your consideration. I tried to keep it as simple and straight forward as possible, while still being eye-catching and memorable.
I made a simple house icon, that also is an arrow pointing up (to signify growth, as well as pointing towards the weather) I also came up with the idea of using "WE" as a catchy icon/slogan for Weatherization Experts. I thought it would be even more inviting and welcoming to others if you had a helpful, catchy slogan...so that is how I came up with "WE are here for YOU".
