Is this the same Way-FM that started in Ft Meyers Florida years ago? If so I listened for years !

TillyDes!gn: Independent WaYfm station, a little edgier than the WAY-FM network stations but same ultimate mission.

Nice start! But let's refine: we cater to a younger demo, but we want to stay away from anything that looks TOO cute or cartoony (#1, #3). Prefer to appeal to the upper end of our demo (late teens, college age). The use of arrows is a little predictable (#2), but we'll consider it if used in a more unusual way. We like "clean" looking fonts but want to stay away from ones that are so common they don't get noticed (arial-like, #6-8) Hope these suggestions help -- we look forward to seeing more great designs.

We like the juxtaposition of "clean" with "grunge" (#6) though not fond of that particular font. The overall shape of #2 is nice but see above comment on use of arrows.

Okay. So even though our favorites are very different at first glance, we are starting to see a trend of liking an "element" off to the right side of the logo and liking a clean font. The design needs to work on everything from a t-shirt to a billboard to a keychain ... so keep that in mind and keep it coming!

Definitely a pattern emerging here. We like the clean font with a "fade", outlined in black and the space around the text "commercial free hits" large enough to lend itself to future versatility (like listing our website there instead, etc.) Suggestion for #99 (our current no. 1 pick) -- make the fade less pronounced so it doesn't wash out the text!

We keep finding ourselves coming back to the idea of youthfulness implying "motion" and have reordered our rankings to reflect that thought. The top ten all have some element that keeps the logo from looking static. Getting down to the wire, bring on your best!
