Our Ideas & Additional Information

We really want a more contemporary feeling to our existing logo, found at http://www.watersmill.com. It will reside on our redesigned site (in process) at http://www.watersmill.com/new. We would like to keep a hydrangea (flower), but want sleeker, sexier version of the current logo. It does not have to be the same hydrangea as the original logo, but we do want to maintain the concept of that particular flower so our current assets (signage, biz cards) don't seem irrelevant.*****Please don't freak out about Lindsey's logo being up there. It was done with her permission, we have given her credit, and it is only so the client can envision a new look of the logo in context...simply an example. It does not mean we have "secretly" awarded the contest.***

We want the words "Wedding & Event Facility" included in the logo, please.

Hello again, Designers! Don't mean to minimize efforts by placing in "Not Interested"...just trying to keep the view uncluttered of original revisions.

Although we do want a more contemporary version, the flower must still be a hydrangea so that our existing collateral can be used

Seeing lots of entries that are not using #08ADEF...we realize that this is not necessarily the color of a true hydrangea, but it is the accent color we wish to use!

Just a notification to designers out there. As our contest draws to a close, we will use the last 12 hours to request minor modifications to existing designs, so new designs will not be considered after that time. We understand that many designers do not wish to expose their ideas until the last minute, but because of upload limitations during the judging period, we do not feel that there is adequate time to fully evaluate your work.

If you review the history and comments of this contest, you will see that we will not accept entries that appear to be based upon previously submitted logos.
