Sato, I would love to see more variations of 74. I was thinking something with a more artsy brush stroke would look cool. Maybe a runner coming at the viewer at an angle in white against 1,2 or 3 colors? Thanks! Larry
Satto, I would love to see another figure. Something totally different. I like the abstract style but I think this design looks like a ying yang x-chromosone. I didn't love the artsy attempt. I was thinking of a paint brush stroke. Thanks. Larry
Satto, That's the style!!! I love it! Could I see more variations? I really like your first figure but I would love to see variations in the same style. I love the blue as well. Great Work!! Thanks, Larry
Satto, I really like 173. The others are cool but don't have the same sense of motion and speed. I pretty mush like everything in that style. Could you do some more variations with runners coming at the viewer at an angle. But all runners. Great work!! Thanks, Larry
Satto, 174 and 172 are my favorites so far! I like all the figures. Could you make some more in an fast running motion. I like the big stride. The feeling I'd like to get is that of fast, strong, painfree joyful running. Great work!!!! This is the style. Thanks, Larry
Satto, I really like them all. You have exactly the right idea!! 172 is still my favorite but I really like the runner in 188. I would love to see a the motion of 172 with a little more of a running feel like in 188. These are all really great! Let me know if you have time today. I wonder if there's a way for other doctors to bus some of these versions that i don't take? I have sports med friends. How can I get you some more business? Thanks, Larry
Thanks Larry! Of course #172 is the best because the shape/silhouette is the purest/simpliest, I'll try to improve it the way you want but i'm not sure it will work...
Satto, I like 190 but I would like the flow to look like a runner moving from left to right at an angle toward the viewer. Think speed. The brush strokes are perfect. Thanks!!! Larry
Satto, I really like 195! That's exactly what I asked for! I still like 172 better but I think I know why! I like the image of both feet off the ground. In sports photography, thats the perfect shot. When the runner looks suspended in the air. I would love to see the runner in 195 a little later in his stride when both feet are off the ground. I'm sorry I didn't figure that out before. The style is PERFECT! The angle is perfect. Thanks again for all the great work. Larry
Satto, I like 199. I would love to see the front leg higher, the back foot clearly off the ground and the head up. 199 is a very cool image that makes me think the guy is digging in and working hard. I would love to see a guy who's really flying. Thanks! Larry
Satto, All of these are on the right track. The more I look, the more I really think you nailed it with 172. Could you flip it horizontally so that the figure is jumping from left to right? Thanks!
Satto, More great stuff!! My new favorite is 214. I also really like 212. I love the leg position in 212. Both feet are off the ground and he is really stretched out. I would prefer arms that were actively running instead of up in the air. I would love to see arms kind of like 214 on the legs of 212. I think the offset design thing you do is cool but I like the centered style and I really like the angle on 212. I also really like how it extends to the edge of the circle on the top and bottom.
On another note, I found out that we can exchange email addresses after the contest so that we can negotiate for more work if you're interested. Thanks, Larry
#216 #217 #218 #219 Extra work is always welcome for everyone here (including me :). ... And of course after the contest is over you'll get automaticaly the email of the winner :)
Satto, You are going to be the winner. I would love to refine the final guy just a little more and then talk about versions and files. Are you around today? Thanks, Larry
Hello Larry, i'm in Paris (France) now but i have to leave my office very soon (it's midnight here) and go visit my father that is very ill tomorrow (all sunday)... i'm back sunday morning. Just tell me what to refine now so i can work and send you the revisions sunday morning or maybe saturday night. Thanks, Have a nice week end, Satto.
Satto, Sorry to hear about your father. I would love to have the back leg on 215 more straight back as if it was in stride and off the ground( just like in 218) I love the flow and direction of 215. I would love to have a version that is all blue and one that is half orange and half blue the way you have it. I'll need a version with the words. I like the font you've used but I think that it's better to have 3 lines. Line 1: Washington, Line 2: Foot & Ankle, Line 3: Sports Medicine. Thanks and my thoughts are with your father. Larry
Satto, Congratulations! Thanks. On the logo with the words, could you please make the last line of Sports Medicine as large as the Foot and ankle? Thanks, larry
Satto, I downloaded the files and saw that I didn't get any files with the clinic name in it. Can I get more versions and/or variations later? Are there extra fees for that? Thanks, Larry
Hello Larry, Of course there's no fee for that! That would be a shame! But i can upload only one single logo (in 2 formats) through LogoTournament. Once you've approve it i send you the "text version" by personal email. No problem :) Satto.
Hi Larry, The file is the vector "master file" created in Illustrator. i just checked your logo by open it through Photoshop: No problem! Did you try to open it with a "click and drag" on your photoshop icon or "open as"?... Don't worry, after the files are approved, i'll send you other formats (.tif .gif etc...) and other versions (with the text, grayscale, etc). Best, Satto.
Satto, The files were spectacular! I saw that you included the AI file as well so that I could play with the colors. I also noticed that the white brush strokes extend beyond the circle when put on a dark background which I love. I gave final approval through the LT website yesterday and as I understand it you will now be paid. I'll double check right now. Thanks so much for all the great work!!
