Max K. -- We really like entry 41. You are completely inspired! We think this is the way we want to go. The graphic says who we are without any words so it can stand alone. However, we would like "Association" to be a little bigger (and spelled correctly). One of our board members likes the font treatment on entry #42. Is it possible to do something like that with the house/w graphic? Otherwise, we are very happy with your work. Thank you so much!
Max. We've chosen your design, entry #57. Thank you for your hard work and the quick way in which you responded to our requests. In order for it now to be absolutely perfect, we have to use the "registered" trademark sign after REALTORS -- you know, the R inside a cirlcle. If you look at www.realtor.org, you'll see the "registered" mark after REALTORS on their logo. Because we are part of the the national org, we have to use the registered mark on our logo, too.
We returned to the original design, #57, because, for me, I like the way the black font anchored the graphic. The split colored font seemed to repeat the split colors in the graphic and I don't know why ... but I like the first best. I don't know if I prefer the the W inside the house bolder or not. I like it both ways.
I think you should know that our board of directors liked all your designs.
