Warehouse 1885Logo Design Contest

Warehouse 1885 is a redeveloped historical building located in the Exchange District in Winnipeg. It will feature loft style apartments with exposed original brick and high end finishes. The area is very walkable with bicycles being the preferred method of transportation to various hipster style coffee shops and small tapas restaurants. The tenants will be a mix of young/middle aged professionals (downtown is also walking distance) and well off University students. The suites will provide modern conveniences while maintaining the unique historic features. :)

The building has a more masculine feel with the exposed raw brick walls and industrial nature. Colors typically associated with femininity should be avoided - it would look off. No color preference otherwise.

I'm open to exploring a mix of 'high end' graffiti with a bit of hipster and sophistication mixed in. These will be high end rentals so the logo needs to have a luxury feel.

Another option can be seen in the attached where the name of the building is almost lit up broadway style in lights with a strong font.

Open to really anything as long as 'luxury' and 'unique' stay top of mind.
