This is a logo for a web based tool developed by Harvard University with funding from the National Council of Research Administrators. The interactive web-based tool has been developed by Universities for Universities to assist their researchers, and school and department administrators, in identifying and routing legal agreements to the correct administrative office with their institution.

Colors should be consistent with Harvard and NCURA color palette
