Hi Steve,
Here are 152, 157 and 160 with the microphone flipped upside down.
I had to change the position of the wind screen and LEDs a little to balance things.
If you want to see any variations on these, just let me know.

Hi Steve,
When the contest is complete, first we upload an EPS file, which is the industry standard, and also a large JPEG image (1000x800 pixels) for you.
In addition, I don't think any designer here would have any trouble giving you other file formats as well such as a Photoshop PSD file, different sized JPEGs and so on.
