Like the font & layout of the wording.
#3 looks too commercial, we are more residential, but like the concept.
#1 & #2 Looks smart; what was the thinking behind the letter after the 'V; is it an 'i'?

Thanks for the feedback. The thinking was simply to continue to accent the V in a unique way. To help with direction you may want to rank entries. You can read more about ranking in the forum as it is very important to getting a great result for your competition.

With #1 can we remove the purple & have it red instead?
Love the shape of the 'V' & the shaddow underneath & the font of the wording.

I have removed the purple for you and thanks for the great feedback.Could you please elaborate on your need to have this transferable to other areas of the business as that is why i purposefully avoided using real estate imagery. ANy info would be appreciated.

Love #28, think it looks great.
All of our dealings are within Real estate but as we deal with Local Government & provide affordable housing we don't want to appear too agressive; just professional.
We would prefer the emphasis to be on us 'Vixen' rather than on housing, we are liking imagery with anything to do with fox or the 'V', but anything which encompassed all 3 would be great too.
My partner loves #30 & #31 but we think they may be too agressive.
Really like #28 though, good work!

How about giving the 'V' eyes? to have it subtly appear to be a fox?

Ok here is the revised V. I have researched fox eyes to get a good likeness and really like the result so hope you do to. I can try to include a real estate attribute but again felt you wanted the mark to be able to be used across other areas of the business so let me know if this is what is holding you back from selecting this design.
