#3, #7, and #5 remove the ", inc" from the logo. This is not important for branding.
#4, I would to see this logo in reverse image affect with a white background. It's an interesting look but the dark background is incredibly difficult to place in multiple locations.
#5, and #7, try some different font styles that are cleaner and simpler than the chosen ones. I don't dislike what you've chosen, but would like to see some other options.
