Dear twonzone: I really like your concept of the eye with the hands around it. It reflects care, compassion and concern. Would you please create a logo that is a combination of your previous submissions? I would love to see an eye using the same the shape you used in #13, with the pupil and iris you used in #16 and with one hand under the eye (similar to #16 but instead of inside of the eye, it would be under it).
