Thanks for everyone for the input. We like our slogan showing in the logo. Do not like anything like eyes.
Letter "i" and "a" in the logo are special.Need a little bit visual effect.

For example, the letter "i" can contain message regarding wifi, wireless, or even monitoring
The letter "a" can contain message like internet, mobile

We want the two words "visual" and "alerts" can be easily recognized in the logo, although it is one word in the logo.

Please add tagline to the logo.
#2, please change the font type. The basic idea is good.
#13 wordy. Tagline is enough.
#7 need work on the smartphone element. Also typo. It is "i" not "l"
#17 and #16. Please remove the box. and change the the red button. It reminds people ambulance.
