I love the tree and the hands concept. Would love the hands to be more defined...maybe smaller. I am not crazy about the font. I love the font used in my #4 ranking. Something clean and bold and emphasis on VISIONARY with corps being smaller/less pronounced. Can we try more earthy tones/colors with this one?
