We are a business consulting firm that is establishing a employee recognition award program. This is a company-wide program that is designed to recognize and reward employees who embody, and exceed, the company’s Vision:
In 2020, we emphasize the high-value consulting services that comprise a significant portion of our revenue, while also delivering quality compliance serves. We are sought after by discerning and motivated individuals and organizations for our trusted advice and services. We provide comprehensive consulting and compliance services through the deep relationships we develop with our clients. Our staff are inspired, skilled, creative, and dedicated to helping our clients – and each other – flourish. We foster a culture that attracts and retains the best and the brightest. We truly love the work we do.
The program is open to any and all employees, except equity owners, regardless of fulltime, part time, seasonal or intern status. It is also intended for staff who support the firm’s success in operational and administrative roles. The goal is to look at each and every employee and recognize those who are making an exceptional difference. It is important to note that all firm employees do amazing jobs worthy of daily recognition; but Visionary Award Nominations are for those employees who dynamically impact the current, and future, success of the firm both internally and externally. The ultimate goal of this program is to recognize each other’s excellence today – not tomorrow.

Our company logo is based around Green – PMS 277 and Brown PMS 4C, 440. We also use quite of bit of a burnt orange to go with the logo. This logo doesn't have to be tied to our company logo, but it might be nice to, or at least compliment the company logo.

I don't have ideas, but will attach a copy of our company logo as a reference.
