Blue and dark Gray

This logo needs to be designed so that it can be recognized even throughout its subsidiaries that may just have slightly different purposes. For example, the parent company is Virtue Development Co, (in blue) but in correlation to it, there will also be Virtue Residential Co, (in red) and Virtue Management Co. (in gray) Please see the attachment for a better example. This is our existing logo. I would like it to be updated to a more recognizable and modern look. (Something that you could have on an iPhone app)
