We manage and market vacation rental properties on St. John, US Virgin Islands. We manage all the reservations, guest contact, marketing/sales campaign, booking/payments, packages, and more. We provide a comprehensive vacation and property management services on behalf of the property owners in service to the guests. Many of our guests are repeats, but we also want to bring in new people as well!

Anything, so long as they are complimentary, but not to busy. We are in the vacation rental business, so colors that are speak Virgin Islands, but also drive conversion and sales on our website. The island is colorful, but as a management company we want to invoke FOMO... you want to stay with us! We want the brand to be known for communication, friendly, professional, inviting, approachable, fun, calming, relaxation, luxurious, worth the extra $, and so on.

Love the color, retro and modern logos. Some inspirations provided and general ideas of St. John. The logo needs to be something that is the brand of the website, use in marketing/advertising materials, business swag (hats, shirts, Yeti tumblers), car stickers, and more!

The LHS logo is one of the properties that we manage. The logo we are creating is the overall company that will have multiple properties and LHS is one them. Virgin Island Properties needs to be an all inclusive logo for our business to grow, as we grow and represent more resort properties, villas, etc.
