ViperLogo Design Contest

Hi,

Please find below some of the ideas behind my logos.

• The viper's head has been placed next to the text, this is with the intention of drawing the viewers eye towards the main Viper text logo.

• I've used abstract shapes for the Viper's markings and run them down the back of the snake.

• On the globe options I've used a white graduation to highlight Europe and the UK.

• I've also shown an option with an abstract globe, I thought is was a good idea to show how a hint of the world could be used instead of a literal image/illustration of the world.

• All these logos I feel can work well in black and white and can be simplified for use on a mug, t-shirt etc.

Hope you like some of my logos and look forward to any feedback you may have.

Hi Sean,

I really like your designs, the use of a abstrat globe and the highlighting of the UK

could you make the snake a little bit longer....and this might sound a little strange, but could you turn the globe into a sphere of essays?

I've uploaded 4 new logo options,

• I've made the snake's body longer, it now curls around the world more.

• Also I've made the viper more aggressive with his mouth and teeth open towards the word 'Plagiarism'

• On one option I've changed the world for a magnifying glass, which highlights a block of text, this represents the scanner at work. I've also highlighted several words in red, this gives the impression the scanner has found some plagiarised words.

• The third option, I've retained the world and run a block of text within the world, this is a more subtle version of the magnifying glass option.

Regarding #71, can you change the red text in the magnifying glass to word "plagiarism" ?

Could you also try another variation of #71 with a wider font?

Great idea about the word 'plagiarism' in the magnifying glass, I think it'll work well.

Hi, I've uploaded two logo options.

Both have the word 'Plagiarism' in red within the magnifying glass. The second option the text within the magnifying glass has been enlarged and widened.

#76: Could you try changing the font of the test outside the magnifying glass, ie Viper, to a wider font....
