This is the closest it's gotten so far. Although the font is clean, perhaps you can come up with some variations of different great fonts? I think the actual logo is practically fine as is. 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer Different font variations. I see that you have serif fonts on your web. Not sure if you want that direction, but here are my concepts.(This comment references Entry #50) 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer Let me know what you think...Thanks!!! 15 years ago arion279 Client Hi! Thanks for the variations. I think we are really close here and I think you are in the lead by far. Can I ask you to try maybe a couple variations with perhaps a thicker stroke line around the lettering? I think it might contrast the VIP with the logo if it had a border around the lettering. Also, can you put more separation between the "VIP" and the "Web Traffic"? It looks a bit close. Would it be possible to bold or widen the "VIP" a bit more without messing up the look? If not, leave it as is. Anyways, thanks so much! It looks great so far. 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer Here are the variations of a thicker stroke. Not sure if you want a white border on the VIP or not. I would prefer to have that white to separate the icon from text. I also rendered a thicker serif text. Thanks!(This comment references Entry #54) 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer this one has the white border removed and made the current font thicker(This comment references Entry #55) 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer changed the color of VIP to black(This comment references Entry #56) 15 years ago arion279 Client hi, yeah actually i was talking about increasing the white border on the VIP text even more. that's the "stroke" i was referring to. is it me, or does the "P" in VIP look slightly cut off? it might just be my screen. the thicker serif text may not be needed and may possibly go back to the way it was, with an exception: . i would like extra care taken on the edges to ensure a clear, sharp outline of the lettering, no blur. thanks! :) 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer hi, Here you go...thicker white border, resolved the "P" squarish execution, and maintained the serif font with proper kerning. Thanks!(This comment references Entry #60) 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer Variation in placement. Looks like I "inspired" a bunch of designers now - hehehe(This comment references Entry #76) 15 years ago arion279 Client you certainly have inspired the masses! lolsir, can i ask you to submit one that does not block the target logo as much? if you look at designabot's logo, its off to the side. i would like to see the V in VIP barely crossing into the logo, but only enough to give it style. i think having the logo behind the letters completely takes away from its awesomeness. youre still in the lead! thanks again. 15 years ago arion279 Client also, read what i said in the post on the contest area about alternating font colors (black/red/black). try changing "Traffic" to black/gray and see how that looks. thanks! 15 years ago aremmai Logo Designer applied gradients on "traffic"(This comment references Entry #105) 15 years ago
