My goal was to create a simple, iconic and memorable graphic to go with an Italian grotesque font.

Different perspective from a glass of wine with some abstract lines to make it more organic.

I used a different font for VERITAS because I think that VINO should stand out more.

Does it make any sense - since we are talking about wine lovers - to make this mark look more like a heart? Also the curled branch from a typical vine can be interesting.

Nice, very nice. Love the icon.
Can you try to make it a little more "compact" moving Veritas under Vino (or combining the elements in a creative manner)?
Thank a lot!

Here is the revision. Also, I used 3 different shades of red to make the icon more variable.

Another idea! Organic, with a very good flow, and definitely very easy to remember! Also, in this one I enhanced the "passion" for the wine.

I let myself go and I came to this!

Wow, #142 is very nice!
Do you think you can work on the font? I like the style used on the logo now ranked as 1st (made by raspydesign). Clean, simple but not banal. Can you help me to find the perfect font?
Thanks a lot

Here, a different type treatment. Personally, I love the combination of the tall grotesque with the classy and more reserved serif.

Very small but interesting modifications! I like this text style, I really recommend the combination of clean and strong text with the elegance and detail of the serif.

More changes. I think I will stop here, unless you tell me to try something different! I added a slight detail on the left leg of N and it really creates a focus point, catching your attention. I also reviewed the proportion ratio between the symbol and the text. Oh, almost forgot, the text in "VERITAS" is Bodoni, an Italian typeface!

• Color in VERITAS
• rotated slightly the graphic to the right - better placement
• the position towards the text was also changed and so was the size. Looks more compact.

Hello, please see some revisions I worked. Trying to figure out what changed your mind. I changed the "veritas" word back into black, I rearranged the proportions making the symbol smaller and by doing so, it looks more tight and compact. In order not to make it too tight, I have put it a bit far to the left. Please tell me if I can do anything else.

Another thing I thought is that, as a stand alone icon, this symbol talks right away about wine - in any size.

Hello, trying different angles to the same approach. Colors are bit more wine pinkish and not so orange/red. Text is also lighter and with a slight gradient from 90% to 100% black.

Other experiences, text mostly: bolder, mix of square corners with round and a bit more extended.

Decided to take most of the elements in the best ranked entry so far (colors and veritas text) and added some "movement" to the top of the logo, making it look more dynamic.
