I'm new here too, I came from 99designs, but I already won contests and I get to see how the interchange of files works. It's kind of slow, actually. The way it works is: I send you a bitmap file (jpeg or png) along with the original vector file (eps format). The system only allows me one per submision, and then I have to wait for you to ask me to send you another revision. I'm not sure how the screen on your side works, but I found out (the hard way) that if I send you subsecuent files, the former ones get replaced. That means that you always get the latest one, not a whole bunch.
What I did with my last winning contest was this: I sent the first file (eps and jpeg) and then I sent them the other files via email compressed in a zip pack. My email is lalomarquez@gmail.com

I think we might do it as you say, the first one goes via logotournament, and the rest in a mail. We are really exited to get going with this new logo!
