That's it. I think we need to make the dark green darker like in #108 to really make it pop and that should do it.

The two color scheme I'm talking about in #103 is the two colors that exists only in the center circle. The brighter green of the sky behind the palm trees and the darker/deeper green of the palm trees themselves. So for this, make the starburst the brighter green (of course you'll need some slight variance to account for the rays), and everything else should be darker green (houses, trees, land, borders, words, etc.) Is that possible?

I also like the words View Park less tall. The original version where the words View Park were together.

Looks cool!! Did you try the trees in front of the houses?

Okay, we really like this one and moved it to first. A few quick notes.

1) View Park should be two words. So let's separate those.

2) At the center point, can you draw a city skyline? It will be small, I know, but let's try it.

3) Somewhere in the illustration, can we add some houses? Feels more like a beach right now rather than a hilly neighborhood overlooking the city of LA.

4) Love the starburst and everything else!!

This is really great. We're discussing right now.

In other words, I want to keep everything the same size that you have it and find an elegant way to bring the words View and Park together so they are not split. Hope that makes sense.

Sorry. Actually what I meant was that you keep everything the same size. You merge a rectangle and a circle. Rectangle on the bottom with the words "View Park" in the same size, shape and font that you have them, but just side by side. Then on top of the rectangle you have the semi-circle or circle with the words "Historic District" wrapped at the top.
