Sorry to see you are dissapointed. You have a possibility of extension though, and I personally will get involved in the contest and I'm sure many others will. Sometimes the attachments are ignored if not present/explained in the initial briefing. And your ranking might have been misleading.

Hope you give this another shot, and I'm sure the community will deliver. It's the best one out there :)

Hi All, the client has requested an extension to get new designs.

Also, only one personal design comment was given. Direct feedback and contest holder interaction is a necessity to get the most out of your contest.

To all designers within the logo tournament community.
Thanks for all your input. I can see that perhaps the confusion earlier with the process was partly my fault, as I did not understand how the design community within logo tournament works.

I can now see that with regaulr feedback and engagement then the designers are much better motivated. I can see how important these interactions are.

I actually found some of the UX aspects of the website not that intuitive and at times I was unable to work out how to fully use the website and tools of my account. Towards the end it became better and when I got the extension I became more engaged in the process.

I think that there is some great talent within this design community and will certainly return with future design briefs. Now I understand how to use this website better I feel happier that next time I can work with the designers to get even better results.

I am happy with my final design : )

One final suggestion would be a express tounament option - I found the process to be a little slow and would have prefered something much faster - maximum 7 days start to finish. That might have got me more engaged at the beginning and would be more representative of my commercial timescales for internal projects and for client work. For me this would be a much better option.
