String lights (little Italy) feel along with Cornhole and beer pong tables for guest to share. Attempting to create meet and greet space for pre party fun before heading downtown for night life. Target audience will be bachelorette parties and other big groups who want to be close to downtown

Boutique Airbnb’s each with its own theme. Some have disco balls, scratch n sniff banana wallpaper, high heel shoes on ceiling, etc. Our hospitality suites are very different than other surrounding Airbnb’s which typically have hanging guitars and Nashville signs. And they usually are stand alone. We want to stand out from the crowd by creating a different “vibe” community . Let it be known wording will need to be changed due to future locations, however “revel” is main word. Future examples “revel on Charlotte “, “revelon 31st”
