Some elements that I like to use in my real estate designs include: - White picket fences to represent the American Dream... - Front Porches give a breezy coastal feel... - Traditional rooflines to speak of what you do. - Square icons that work as app icons and favicons in web usage
You have some very clean designs and I love the direction you are going in. I need more time to look them over and discuss with my partner so I have ranked a few of them for now.
It would be interesting to see a few font variations as well.
Thank you again for designing for us. You definitely deserve to be near the top.
I'll get right on it...I agree. I sell a lot of real estate logos with and without the house. I always prefer NO house. Houses and scripts seem to be the cliche of your industry. I think the porch reference is a nice mark for your business, It creates a bit of a mood right from first sight. This stays away from the cliche logos... Something completely yours and unique.
#130 | includes a wave in the icon to tie into text. #131 | uses 2 color scheme #132 | includes the ocean in the icon #133 | uses the three original colors.
Excellent designs... you have given us a lot to think about as we begin to make our final decision. You definitely deserve to be in the top spot.
Don't pay attention to the fact that we have not moved your other designs to the top or the fact that one of the new ones is not sitting at the top spot. My partner loves #62 and I love #132.
He runs our Orange County, CA division and I run our San Diego, CA coastal division. hence the fact that I love #132.
Bryant just FYI - They are both variations on the same design. I generally give all the variations of a winning design at no additional cost. You can both be happy ;)
That is great news. If you are willing to package up all variations of the winning designs plus #63, we wil end the contest early and declare you the winner.
I cant add the other design #63. That would have to be done privately. Its against site rules to give additional designs in that way. It could sell it privately if you wish after the contest.
As for all the variations of the winning design, No sweat...I always give the variations. I cant resell them to anyone else anyway...they would be too close to yours, so you might as well have them.
Logo Tournament only allows for upload of winning design, so I would just forward you the variations.
Please understand in regards to entry #63, that I am bound by site rules. (Site Admin can see these conversations) You could offer me a price post contest if you wish for that design.
Sounds good Paul - I look forward to receiving all the winning variations. I'll be ending the contest now.
Thanks again for all your efforts over the last few days. #132 & #62 fit really well into each of our markets in Southern Cal. Make sure I get all your contact info.
Great! Thanks for selecting it the winner. I have uploaded the selected files. If you could please, click :"accept files". (This frees up the payment to the designer.)
I need your e-mail address to forward the others to you. I'll send them as .eps and .jpeg. The .eps file is the vector file you will need for signage and enlargements. (it is the standard used in our industry.) The jpeg file is so you have a visual in case you don't have the software to open a vector file. If you need additional files I can send those too.
I will also send you a price list for business cards, letterhead etc...so you can compare. Many Logo Tournament clients have actually continued their relationship with us in other ways much like my in house clients do.
