Cool, heading more towards the executive voice.
Can you do somethig with the logo that would really evoke the disruptive. Think waves maybe. I like the idea of playing off Katsushika Hokusai; however, worried it is a bit overplayed. Still, there is a part of me that is drawn to that. But the metaphor doesn't need to be associated with the ocean per say. The metaphor would ideally play off of whitewater kayaking. The fall line in this context would be a waterfall. Also, I like the idea of the image being less rigid and more flowing. Disruptions can often be a moving target and there are no crisp edges to strategy. Think the iPhone. It is the Rogue Wave. And it morphs. With each new innovative app released it becomes more incumbent.
Don't tame a Rogue Wave, survive it.
Dance with it in perfect unison.
Have you ever been stuck in the surf? Think of the thrashing. Think of first being in the right place at the right time. Think riding the wave and the exhilaration. Think of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and surviving that.
When you think of a river, think how the river levels change the dangers and features on the river. Think blind corners. Think holes and waves.
"dance in the shadows of the canyon walls and laterals,
where serpentine waltzes show respect to the boil lines"
Oh my, my description just made me think hippy. Not hippy. ;)
