We own apartment complexes and renovate them.

We would like to have a standard color that is not too bold but strong. We will incorporate that into all of our branding and promotional collateral. However, if you look up Veritas Capital online or logo associated with it- it is typically just too simple and possibly not "creative enough" for us. I don't want it to be too youthful, but more along the lines that we are taking a long established word/name (Veritas= truth in latin) HOWEVER, we want the logo to be slick and more "hip/modern". We pride ourselves in being creative in the design process for renovating our properties.... that is our "special sauce"

Again, we want something simple, and not with too much. We will use it on letterhead, website monicher, cards, business collateral. We want something that doesn't have too disproportionate "negative space" so the sizing and scale looks very thought out and therefore timeless.... just timeless 2.0
