#119, #120. Simple and elegant. Don't know if i can go with yellow lettering. I think I will want a splash of Yellow or all Blue or Blue with the www.bycast.com contrasting color.

I love the elegance and the simplicity.

I like #120 more because of how "executive search" shows up.
